B: Blaster - Pressing and releasing the B button fires his blaster. A major improvement is Fox's ability to fire very rapidly without having to take a break. The draw back is it is a little bit more weak than in SSB. It only does 1-2% damage and it doesn't stop characters from doing anything. Smash B: Fox Illusion - This is Fox's new move. Pressing B + Forward makes Fox do his 'Illusion' move. He stops for a split second, then he zooms a few "melee yards" forward (creating an illusion-like scene) damaging everyone he rams through. Its not very strong, but it is super fast. It can also be used to help you get back on stage, but be warned, because once you use it you cannot finish off the triple jump. Make sure you don't use it facing the edge either; you just risk a self destruct that way. B Up: Fire Fox - The Fire Fox move hasn't changed much. The move is still produced by pressing B + Up on the controller. It is also still used as Fox's triple jump. B Down: Reflector - Press B + Down and Fox will put up his reflector shield. A pretty handy defense this is, as it deflects almost all (if not all) projectiles back at the enemy, and usually with more power! Using this when you are right next to an opponent gives them a light zap that sends them flying away.
